  • ½ cup cold unsalted butter cubed
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Orange Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh orange juice

Notes

  • Freeze the butter for 10 minutes before mixing for an even flakier texture.
  • Swap out dried cranberries for fresh ones for a tart twist.
