Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping like Cool Whip
  • 4-5 gel food coloring pastel shades: pink, blue, yellow, purple
  • Whipped cream and sprinkles for topping

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Filling

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping, mixing until fully incorporated.

2️⃣ Divide & Color the Mixture

  • Divide the filling evenly into 4-5 small bowls.
  • Add a few drops of gel food coloring to each bowl and stir gently until the colors are vibrant.

3️⃣ Create the Swirl Effect

  • Spoon dollops of each color randomly into the graham cracker crust.
  • Use a toothpick, skewer, or butter knife to swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect. (Be careful not to overmix or the colors will blend too much!)

4️⃣ Chill Until Set

  • Cover the pie and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm.

5️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Before serving, top with whipped cream and Easter sprinkles for extra festive flair.
  • Slice and enjoy your gorgeous, pastel-colored Easter Swirl Pie!

Notes

Swirl Gently – Use light strokes when swirling to keep the colors distinct.
Make It Fruity – Add 1 teaspoon of lemon or orange zest for a fresh citrusy kick.
Use a Homemade Crust – For extra flavor, make a homemade graham cracker crust using 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers, ¼ cup sugar, and 6 tablespoons melted butter.
Go Chocolatey – Use an Oreo crust for a chocolate twist!
Try Different Colors – Use lavender, mint green, or peach for a springtime theme.
