For the Hot Fudge Swirl:

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prepare the Pan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Stir gently until just combined—do not overmix!
Step 4: Fold in Chocolate Chips
Fold in chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed in the batter.
Step 5: Layer the Batter & Hot Fudge
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Drizzle warmed hot fudge sauce over the batter, swirling slightly with a knife.
Top with the remaining brownie batter, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Step 6: Bake the Brownie Bread
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter).
Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Step 7: Slice & Serve!
Slice the warm brownie bread and enjoy it as-is, or warm it up and serve with vanilla ice cream for the ultimate dessert experience!
Notes
For Ultra-Fudgy Texture:
Slightly underbake the bread and allow it to finish setting as it cools.
Hot Fudge Alternatives:
If you don’t have hot fudge, you can melt chocolate chips with a splash of heavy cream for a similar effect.
Add More Chocolate:
Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top before baking for an extra chocolate boost.
Want a Coffee Kick?
Add 1 teaspoon of espresso powder to the batter for a richer, deeper chocolate flavor.
Mix-Ins:
Try adding walnuts, pecans, or peanut butter chips for extra texture and flavor!
