Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 packets of Kool-Aid any flavors of your choice
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin

Instructions
 

1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients

  • In a small saucepan, combine water, sugar, and Kool-Aid packets.
  • Stir well until the sugar is mostly dissolved.

2️⃣ Bloom the Gelatin

  • Sprinkle 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin over the Kool-Aid mixture.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to absorb the liquid and bloom.

3️⃣ Heat the Mixture

  • Place the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Keep stirring for 3-5 minutes, until the gelatin and sugar are fully dissolved.
  • Do not boil—just heat until everything is smooth.

4️⃣ Pour into Molds

  • Remove from heat and carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds.
  • Use a dropper for precision and to avoid mess.

5️⃣ Chill Until Set

  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until the gummies are firm and set.

6️⃣ Pop & Enjoy!

  • Once set, gently pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

Make Them Extra Sour – Add 1 teaspoon of citric acid to the mix for a tangy kick!
Want a Stronger Flavor? – Use only ¾ cup of water instead of 1 cup for a more concentrated taste.
No Silicone Molds? – Pour the mixture into a shallow dish, refrigerate, and cut into gummy squares.
Vegan Option? – Substitute agar-agar powder for gelatin (use about 2 tablespoons).
