Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ΒΌ teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

Step 1: Cook the Noodles

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting any seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Step 3: Combine Noodles and Sauce

  • In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add the cooked noodles and pour the honey garlic sauce over them. Toss the noodles in the sauce for 2-3 minutes until evenly coated and heated through.

Step 4: Serve

  • Transfer the Spicy Honey Garlic Noodles to a serving bowl and enjoy! Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or extra red pepper flakes for added flair.

Notes

  • Adjust Spice Level: Increase or decrease the red pepper flakes based on your heat preference. For extra spice, add a dash of sriracha or chili paste.
  • Add Vegetables: Enhance the dish by tossing in stir-fried vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, or carrots.
  • Use Other Noodles: Lo mein, spaghetti, or udon noodles also work well in this recipe.
