Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 packs ramen noodles discard seasoning
  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce
  • ½ cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Once fully cooked, drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.

Step 2: Cook the Ramen

  • Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, omitting the seasoning. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Sauté the Veggies

  • In the same skillet, add the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and shredded carrots, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Step 4: Combine Beef, Noodles, and Sauce

  • Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked ramen noodles, teriyaki sauce, and soy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5: Serve

  • Transfer the Teriyaki Beef Ramen with Veggies to serving bowls, garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired, and enjoy a delicious, hearty meal!

Notes

  • Add Extra Veggies: Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers, snap peas, or mushrooms to make the dish even more colorful and nutritious.
  • Customize with Protein: Substitute the ground beef with chicken, pork, or tofu for different flavor profiles.
  • Adjust Sauce to Taste: If you prefer a sweeter teriyaki flavor, add an extra tablespoon of teriyaki sauce, or a dash of honey.
